History of Dolphin

For 20 years Dolphin Real Estate has been synonomous with property buying and selling on North Stradbroke Island.
Dolphin is among the very few offices in Queensland not involved in property management. We are seriously focused on property sales.
Alan Richards bought Dolphin off the founder in 1993 and is still actively involved in the business.
In the last ten years the Island has been discovered not only as a place of exceptional beauty, but its property values have gained equal status to Noosa and the Gold Coast.
Its capital growth exceeds almost every other location in Queensland. During growth periods some properties were doubling in value every three years. Prior to 2008 Point Lookout was averaging 17.5% annual capital gain.
